Return Period

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item:

• Must be in the same condition you received it
• Must have the protective plastic foil applied.

Once your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Items sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility, and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure we receive your package.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We don't offer refunds on sale items. Please contact us if you’re unsure about your item.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, return your original item first. Once accepted, place a separate order for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If shipping to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must meet the same condition requirements above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.
